United States v. Reyna
In 2011, Marc represented a client charged with distribution of methamphetamine, conspiracy to distribute and manufacture methamphetamine, and possession of chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine. Marc moved to suppress federal and state wiretaps and the motion was granted.
